Our service for Private Individuals has no limits. There are no minimum amounts that you have to transfer or of course maximums! We do not deal in cash so you will need to be transfering from a bank account to another bank account but this can be anywhere in the world.
To register you can complete the on line registration form or request us to send forms to you by e-mail or post. To comply with UK money laundering regulations we will require copies of two forms of identification, for example a passport or driving license and a recent utility bill or bank statement. These can be uploaded via this web site or faxed, e-mailed to our office. Registration is free and there is no obligation.
Once registered you will be given a welcome pack, a client number and allocated a personal account manager. . This person is then at your disposal for any enquiries. They are your point of contact for all aspects of your transactions so you only have one person to deal with. You can call them to discuss strategies, the products available to you and of course for the current market rates, all free of charge. Each client has different requirements and our job is to tailor our service to suit your needs.
When you need to transfer funds contact your account manager quoting your client number. They will give you an exchange rate and if this is suitable will confirm the transaction over the phone. You will then be sent a deal contract by e-mail, fax or post. This contract will have all the details of the deal you have just entered into. If you provided us with the banking details on the telephone then these will be detailed on the contract for you to confirm.
Payments are made to our secure client accounts Barclays Bank via CHAPS or BACS. This is the most efficient and secure method. If you have on-line banking then this is the most cost effective and efficient method of you sending payment. Details of the relevant client account will have been issued to you at the account opening stage plus included on the deal contract. Once we have received your payment into our client account by the agreed date we will then send your currency on to it's destination. Typically a payment within the EU will reach the recipient account within 24-48 hours.
